We will forward your request to our Quality Assurance Department, where a formal decision will be made regarding it.
We will let you know of our decision and of it is in your favor, then you would be sent your money via bank transfer within 5-6 working days.
However, you should know that our decision in this regard will be final under all circumstances, and only 90% of the initial deposit will be refunded to you, as order money cannot be reimbursed.
